TDS offers the exploration of leadership and teambuilding through decision-making exercises. This learning model uses small unit tactics to build what no book or seminar can – experience. The art of leadership and teambuilding are universally applied throughout business, public infrastructure, and the military. What is also universal is the need for experience and reflection to develop effective leadership. TDS offers exactly that.

The SLP is the only one of its kind in the world. Our student members are subjected to the most rigorous decision-making exercises imaginable, six weekends per year over a 3-year curriculum. SLP cadre and staff represent all four branches of US military service, bringing a vast wealth of knowledge and experience as instructors and mentors. Alumni from the SLP have gone on to become prominent community leaders at home, and compassionate ambassadors abroad.

Firefight! gaming places our clients into challenging, live simulation battlefields via real blank-shooting firearms and MILES 2000 – the world’s most advanced weapon simulation system! The flash, bang, and ejecting blank cartridges coupled with eye-safe lasers and ‘cold’ pyrotechnics add a sense of realism not found on any other battlefield simulation – live or virtual. Weapon ranges and effects accurately reflect the actual weapon system each participant carries.
