Individual Field Equipment

This equipment is not cheap. It is however very sturdy and should last you a lifetime if cared for and stored properly.

To even attempt to place a ‘price tag’ on these items is a bit disingenuous due to the remarkable differences in brands and status. For example a simple Gore-Tex parka can run from $35 in ‘very good’ used condition, and up to $600 brand new for the parka using the latest micro-fiber technology.

However, in our years of experience you should anticipate approximately $200 for combat load (a.k.a. ‘battle rattle’) and another $500 for rucksack and all field gear. Prices will vary depending on your preferences.
